Xu, Jia-Qian
Teaching majors focus on learning Thai, introduction to non-mainstream Thai cuisine culture, and the development of "minor languages" in Southeast Asia. Teaching majors are Burmese language teaching, Burmese society and culture, and the development of "minor languages" in Southeast Asia. Teacher Peng Nini is a Burmese, so she can provide the project with the Burmese society, and even the local multicultural experience and views of Burmese migrants/workers in Taiwan and Southeast Asia through a reflexive perspective and standpoint.

Specialties include international migration, sociological critical theory, sociology of development, research on immigrant workers, national public administration and policy formulation, operation and management. Regarding Southeast Asian issues, Ms. Dong Juanjuan paid special attention to a series of oppressive issues brought about by the rapid development of surveillance technology on the lives of migrant workers in Southeast Asia. In this project, her professional knowledge will lead the participants to think from the policy perspective, how to integrate the core values of social justice into the importance of policy construction.
